F Tech Solutions warrants all products — including Starlink Dashboard Mounts, Job Site / Service Truck Accessories, and Household Accessories — against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failures under normal use conditions
- Hardware and mounting component failures not caused by misuse or improper installation
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by improper installation or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic)
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the documentation
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@ftechsolutionsinc.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- A description of the defect or issue
- Photos or video showing the defect
We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by F Tech Solutions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, F Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
