Fits SAE Code 61, Code 62 and CAT flange ports, in the matching size, on equipment from Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Kobelco, Liebherr and Doosan/Develon. This kit includes size #10, which is proprietary to Komatsu and fits Komatsu equipment only. Not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

This is basic rubber deformation. The O-ring has been crushed out of shape from being overtightened, tightened too many times, or left tightened for a long period without being replaced. Install a new O-ring each time and the seal will hold.

Fitment depends on the flange size. For example, a #24 (Red) cap will fit code 61, 62, or Cat of the same size, regardless of flange thickness.
